Natural Bath – Excellent Body Care!

It’s hard to find a person who doesn’t like to take a bath. Taking a bath at least once a week is good for hygiene, your mental health (cause it have good relaxing effect) and it can help you to prolong your body beauty if you add something pleasant for your skin to your bath.

What can you add to your bath to make your skin satisfied?

  1. Juice of 2 or 3 lemon with 5-6 spoons of honey. It will your skin soft and prevent cellulitis.
  2. Camomile tea prepared a half of hour before to reduce minor skin irritation, smoothing and relaxing.
  3. Green tea. Good tone upfor skin + vitamins.
  4. Pine-tree extract. Refreshing and raising vitality of your skin.
  5. 5 drops of essential oil you can choose according to your taste.
  6. Fresh milk. Why not? Your skin surely deserve it. Excellent for comforting and moistening your body.
  7. Sea salt. Have refreshing and revitalizing effect on skin.

    if i will get a chance to take a bath at a place like that i will forget every lemon ,tea and etc.:P
